          污水处理系统为实现纸箱厂污水零排放而设计。主要针对印刷工段产生的水性油墨废水。此类废水具有高浓度、高悬浮物、可生化性差等特点。
          工艺采用物化方法处理水性油墨废水,使用西门子PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)作为主要逻辑控制核心,与人机界面组成电气控制系统。
          本污水处理系统设有手动控制、自动控制两种运行模式,具体运行方式采用操作面板进行选择,参数的输入是通过人机界面对话而实现,设计合理,操作简便,工艺******。

          Sewage treatment system is designed to realize zero discharge of wastewater from carton factory. This paper mainly aims at the water-based ink wastewater produced by printing section. Such wastewater has the characteristics of high concentration, high suspended solids and poor biodegradability.
          The physical and chemical method is used to treat water-borne ink wastewater. Siemens PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is used as the main logic control core to form an electrical control system with human-machine interface.
          The sewage treatment system has two operation modes: manual control and automatic control. The operation mode is selected by operation panel. The input of parameters is realized by human-machine interface dialogue. The design is reasonable, the operation is simple and the process is advanced.
